At Sunbeam Vintage, we want you to love your curated space, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most furniture and home decor items. Please note that vintage pieces are sold as-is and may have unique character marks consistent with their age.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery or pickup to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packed; for new furniture, original packaging is required to qualify for a full refund.
Arrange Transportation
Drop off your return at our Los Angeles showroom or schedule a professional courier pickup, noting that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee for large furniture pieces.
